By accessing or using ApexSeat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ApexSeat provides a data-driven platform for Formula 1 fans to research and select grandstand seats at various circuits. Our services include:

• Interactive circuit maps with grandstand information
• Overtake analysis and heatmaps
• Community reviews and ratings
• Personalized seat recommendations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to other users or the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. User Content

5.1 Content You Submit

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and other content to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ApexSeat and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

F1™, Formula One™, Formula 1™, FIA™, and related trademarks are property of their respective owners. ApexSeat is not affiliated with Formula 1™, FIA, or any official F1™ entities.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, copy, or collect data from the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent subscription or payment requirements

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Information provided is complete or accurate
• Seat recommendations will meet your expectations

We provide information to assist your decision-making but cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party data or the quality of seats at any venue.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEXSEAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApexSeat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
